The home inspector we used (Dave recommended) not only found the roof needed replacing but Dave was able to work a brand new 50 year roof into the negotiations along with the new furnace after recommending having an inspection done on the old one. He knows exactly what he's doing and thanks to his expertise and knowledge we got the home of our dreams. He has been available even after the home purchase for recommendations, referrals, and he genuinely cares about his clients.
