He knows the best (and worst) contractors, companies, and businesses on the island. Dave will make sure the home you're buying is exactly what you're looking for. He went out of his way on day one without even hesitating to handle a rental lease my husband and I did not want to renew and dealt with the property manager who was a nightmare for us on our behalf. The home inspector we used (Dave recommended) not only found the roof needed replacing but Dave was able to work a brand new 50 year roof into the negotiations along with the new furnace after recommending having an inspection done on the old one. He knows exactly what he's doing and thanks to his expertise and knowledge we got the home of our dreams. He has been available even after the home purchase for recommendations, referrals, and he genuinely cares about his clients.

"It was a pleasure working with Dave. He is very personable and certainly went above and beyond for us. Living in Canada there were some small maintenance issues that needed to be addressed after the sale of our home. Dave was instrumental in helping us locate and secure competent trades people to correct the issues. He was often on site to insure things were addressed and in constant communication with is in regards to these. We would not hesitate to recommend Dave."

"Our experience with Dave was without a doubt the most painless home buying could possibly be. I am an extremely demanding person and I was quarantined, deployed, and driving across country while he did everything else! He had to coordinate tours with a friend of mine who already lived in this area, he had to message with me until midnight (as I was most of the time much closer to Japan time than Washington time), and the list just never ends.The house that he found for us is a gem. We got it for way less than it is worth. We already have projects in work that are going to make it even more valuable. I bought this house with the expectation of living here and maybe renting it when the military writes me orders to a new location. However I will likely retire here. Can't praise Dave enough.BIGGEST STRENGTH is that when I e-mail someone it looks a lot like the review. Line by line list of extreme detail. When we first started working together I'd send him a five paragraph e-mail and he'd respond, "got it." Trust him, he's GOT IT!"

"It was absolutely great working Dave. His advice and direction on preparing the house and the property were instrumental on the rapid sale of of our home. He was always available from the initial start of the process through the closing to discuss our concerns and to provide direction, which helped us maintain our focus and lowered our stress level.
